Life in Movement FIT

The natural progression of the LiM System sees LiM FIT as an organic continuation of the re-educational work.
For those who are considerably fit (i.e. no significant medical history or sustained previous fitness practice), we recommend advancing immediately to the LiM FIT programme.
With our LiM Facilitator, you will build on the progress made during LiM REED and will focus on specific goals such as toning, strengthening and lengthening, resulting in a harmonious full body workout. Once a month we advise booking in a session with your LiM Specialist to ensure your goals are being achieved, any injuries are kept at bay and to ask about any particular concerns you may have.
