Life in Movement REED

“REED” stands for re-education. This programme is individually designed to re-educate your body in its natural movement patterns, which are often altered by society and occupational habits.
The outcome is to understand, feel and master the safest and most efficient ways of adapting your body to everyday postural and movement needs.
Your therapist will facilitate the correct muscle connections through different but integrated steps. Body awareness, core control, movement integration and coordination are all phases of your journey for the discovery of a new body. You will not only feel good but you will very quickly notice a difference in your appearance. Making you feel good and look good.
From our experience the average person takes between 10-20 sessions to achieve substantial, long-lasting, improvement.
