Tom Harrison

Tom Harrison has been involved in the health and fitness industry for the past 9 years.
He studied Sport Science & Personal Training at the University of Bedfordshire, and at the beginning of 2010 he discovered Pilates and fell in love with it. Since dedicating his career to improving his knowledge of movement, he soon found Ivana and was trained in her Life in Movement method.
Tom believes that it is essential to create a strong foundation of simple, natural movement patterns and to improve the connective awareness between the brain and the body.
By providing the Pilates/Fitness side to the team, Tom works closely with Ivana Daniell, and the rest of the team to ensure the client is always safely improving, whether they are a beginner or a seasoned practitioner.
